Building 'Biscuit-henge'

Form 3 had a fantastic time learning about one of Britain’s most famous landmarks – Stonehenge! The children discovered that Stonehenge is a giant circle of enormous stones found in England, some as heavy as four elephants and taller than a double-decker bus.
They discovered that people built it a very long time ago, and even today, no one knows exactly why – which makes it all the more fascinating!
To bring history to life, the boys created their very own ‘Biscuit-Henge’ using biscuits to recreate the stone circle. It was a fun (and delicious!) way to explore this mysterious monument and imagine what it might have been like to build the real Stonehenge.
