Learning to use our WITS
This term, the boys have been learning how to develop strategies for dealing with disagreements in the playground. The new initiative is called 'Use your WITS'.
W.I.T.S stands for Walk away, Ignore, Talk it out and Seek Help.
First it was the turn of the Form 4 boys to take the Form 3 boys through the strategy. The bioys did a great job of presenting, and afterwards they were all engaged in a positive discussion where they shared ideas and experiencies.
Next, it was the turn of the Form 3 boys to present WITS to the Form 2 boys. They gave an equally impressive presentation and led the group discussion afterwards,
