Premier League Football Course

Posted on 13th Nov, 2015

Every morning around 25 boys spilled out onto Merton Field wearing their personalised Adidas strips – all Number Tens – ready to hone their skills with former Premier League England International and director of PRODAYS football academy, Andrew Johnson.

At lunchtime the boys filed into Christ Church Great Dining Hall, the inspiration for Hogwarts, and tucked into a delicious two-course meal (the Rocky Road Pudding was particularly popular). Part of the proceeds of the course will go to the Playing Fields Legacy Fund, a charity which supports inner city sports projects, which Mr Murray has chosen as his Headmaster’s Charity this year. All the boys received medals at the end of the week and the youngest boy on the course, Max, 6, from CCCS, was named “Player of the Week” and awarded a signed football.
